Also, learn how to prepare your meeting in an agile, dynamic way.
Many of us are now working remotely, or at least having far more online interactions. The virtual meeting world however comes with a set of difficulties. I’m sure you also at some point have suffered thru slow, aimless meetings, with little engagement and collaboration, leaving you feeling drained.
But virtual sessions can be energy-boosting and productive. They just need preparation and facilitation. This course aims to make it easier for any facilitator to keep the attention and participation up.
The course is divided into 3 sections:
- In Foundation you learn about the difference compared between online and in-person meetings. How to deal with them and avoid common pitfalls. Leaving you aware and prepared.
- Looking at tools and the techniques to get the most out of them. Using them with intention and increase interactions with ‘Engagers’.
- Adding activities into your agenda to boost equal participation, creativity, psychological safety, and more.
The lessons are informal, bite-sized videos that will give you explanations and new ideas.
You will also practice the skill of preparation throughout the course, creating your own agile agenda. Minimising time & attendees and maximising the collaboration & interactions. Starting with defining the goal and understanding who you need. Then we will iterate on your agenda backlog, making sure you have added any extra techniques or activities that could improve your workshop or meeting further.
It also includes free templates to use for your meeting preparation. They are available in a few different file formats so you can pick the one you prefer to work with.
The course is tools agnostic. It does not matter if you are using a video conferencing tool like Teams, Zoom, Webex, Google chat, or maybe even collaboration tools like Miro, Mural, Powerpoint, SharePoint etc. This is about common techniques and sometimes tricks that most common tools supply.

It is important to me that you get value out of this course, so use the 30-day-money-back guarantee if you did not feel that was the case. Also I would be grateful for any feedback on how you think it could become more useful.
Note: This course is not for you if you are looking for an in-depth analysis of tools or exhaustive instructions on using specific tools. It also won’t give you much if you aren’t planning to use video conferencing tools.
