By accessing, subscribing, purchasing or using theWorkshopper products and services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. Including terms described here and in Privacy policy.
In addition, when using these particular products and services, you shall be subject to any posted guidelines or rules applicable. Any participation in this service will constitute acceptance of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.
Workshops
There is a minimum of 4 people required for a session to go ahead. If we are unable to run a workshop, you will have the option of changing date or receive a refund.
The workshop may be recorded. This is primarily for ensuring the workshop can continuously be improved. However, we may use snippets of the session in marketing material.
Workshop bookings are not refundable, but contact us and we will see how we can help with switching date or transfer your ticket to someone else.
Membership
We provide and three premium membership options with unlimited access to theWorkshopper content. These subscriptions are automatically renewed at the end of each term (see cancelation terms below). In addition we provide a free membership that only allow partial access to content. By subscribing you agree to strictly comply with theWorkshoppers terms and conditions.
Content and services
The site and its content, features, and functionality are owned by theWorkshopper and are protected by international copyright and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.
You can of course:
- Download instructions for you to view on different devices
- Download and print templates to use in your sessions
- View content together with co-facilitators
You must not:
- Publishing any material in any other media
- Distribute digital copies (including instructions, videos, comments) to non-members
- Sell, sublicene and/or otherwise commercialize any services or products
- Publicly show any website material
- Use the product and services contrary to applicable laws and regulations, or in any way may be damaging or cause harm to theWorkshopper, or to any person or business entity
- Use inappropriate, abusive, discriminating, offensive language in comments and communication. Your membership may be revoked without refund, depending on the degree of misconduct.
- Your content must be your own and must not be invading any third-party’s rights.
theWorkshopper reserve the right to remove any comments at any time without prior notice.
Comments are public, so by adding them you will automatically allow theWorkshopper to publish them on the website. If you add content, in terms of text, images or other material, you grant theWorkshopper to adapt, publish, translate and distribute thru any of theWorkshoppers channels.
Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time, and continue accessing the membership material until the end of the term. Cancellations are done via email cancel@theworkshopper.com or contact us.
If you are unhappy with the services, partial or full refunds may be considered. Requests are sent to email cancel@theworkshopper.com and theWorkshopper will determine the appropriate reimbursement.
Payments
Payments can be done by PayPal, or any other payment method that has been agreed between customer and theWorkshopper.
If payments fail, we reserve the right to not renew the membership the next term.
Termination
We may terminate your access to theWorkshopper, without cause or notice, which may result in the forfeiture and destruction of all information associated with your account. All provisions of this Agreement that, by their nature, should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.
Accuracy
This site and its components are offered for informational purposes only; this site shall not be responsible or liable for the accuracy, usefulness or availability of any information transmitted or made available via the site, and shall not be responsible or liable for any error or omissions in that information.

theWorkshopper is not liable for any damaged or loss due to performing the activities or using the products purchased through the website.
Variation of Terms
The company reserves the right to change these conditions from time to time as it sees fit and your continued use of the site will signify your acceptance of any adjustment to these terms. If there are any changes to our privacy policy, we will announce that these changes have been made on our home page and on other key pages on our site. If there are any changes in how we use our site customers’ Personally Identifiable Information, notification by email or postal mail will be made to those affected by the change. Any changes to our privacy policy will be posted on our site 30 days prior to these changes taking place. You are therefore advised to re-read this statement on a regular basis.
TheWorkshopper is permitted to update these terms at any time. It is up to the users of theWorkshoppers product and services to regularly review the terms.
Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms will be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of New South Wales, Australia, and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Australia for the resolution of any disputes.
